In an online auction for the privatization of a 100% state-owned stake in JSC “Kharkiv Electrical Engineering Plant ‘Transzvyazok’,” the winning bidder was Code & Click LLC. During the bidding, the starting price of the asset increased nearly tenfold—from UAH 14.35 million to UAH 137.4 million.
This was reported by Prozorro.Sales.
The company specializes in the manufacture of electrical equipment and signaling systems for railways. The property complex includes 34 production buildings with a total area of 36,000 m², over 100 engineering structures, and 24 pieces of equipment. The plant is located on an 8.5-hectare plot of land in Kharkiv.
Seven bidders participated in the auction, and the winning bid generated significant revenue for the state budget. According to registry data, the beneficiary of the winning company is Olena Tkachuk. As of mid-March 2026, part of the plant’s premises remains leased under existing agreements.
Over the next six months, the State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to put at least four large-scale privatization projects up for sale.
As a reminder, the SPFU collected nearly UAH 9.5 billion from sanctioned assets in 2025.
The SPFU has also put the Orion Research Institute in Kyiv up for privatization.
