The cost of restoring Nova Poshta’s property destroyed by Russia exceeds 1 billion hryvnias

The logistics company “Nova Poshta” needs to invest more than 1 billion hryvnias in restoring its property, which has been damaged or destroyed as a result of Russian attacks since the start of the full-scale war. In addition to infrastructure reconstruction costs, significant funds are being allocated to customer compensation: the total amount of compensation for destroyed or damaged parcels since 2022 has already exceeded 147 million hryvnias.

Despite significant losses from shelling, the company has demonstrated financial stability and annual revenue growth. While the company’s official revenue in 2021 stood at 20.8 billion hryvnias, the largest jump was recorded in 2023, when revenue rose by 54% in a single year. By the end of 2025, Nova Poshta’s total revenue reached 54.2 billion hryvnias, and net profit for the same period amounted to 2.6 billion hryvnias.

A Russian attack drone struck a Nova Poshta sorting center in Zaporizhzhia. The attack caused a fire at the facility, with smoke visible from several kilometers away.

Russia acknowledged the strike on Nova Poshta and referred to it as a logistics center for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
