Kurt Volker has joined DTEK's Advisory Board
Kurt Volker, former U.S. State Department Special Representative for Ukraine and former U.S. Ambassador to NATO, has joined the Advisory Board of DTEK.
The company announced that Volker will provide strategic guidance on energy security, Ukraine’s post-war recovery, attracting international investment, and developing partnerships between Ukraine and the United States.
DTEK CEO Maxim Timchenko noted that Volker’s many years of experience in international security and support for Ukraine will be crucial for implementing projects to rebuild energy infrastructure and attract long-term investment.
Kurt Volker himself emphasized that DTEK plays a key role in ensuring Ukraine’s energy security and is an important player in the European energy market. He said he intends to support the development of new energy technologies and strengthen the resilience of Ukraine’s power grid.
