The Fora chain will take over management of the Badyoryi stores in Kyiv and the surrounding region
PJSC "ZNVKIF "Benefit," owned by Fozzy Group co-founder Volodymyr Kostelman, has signed an agreement to acquire control of Nedles LLC, which operates the "Badyoryi" convenience store chain. As a result, 171 stores will come under the management of the "Fora" chain in Kyiv and the surrounding region.
“According to international research by NielsenIQ and YouGov, convenience formats are currently one of the most dynamic segments in retail. That is why we see significant potential in the development of the ‘near-home’ format and plan to continue expanding our presence in this segment throughout Ukraine,” Fora Chief Executive Officer Dmytro Filchenkov is quoted as saying in the statement.
It is noted that in the first phase, “Badyoryi” stores will continue to operate in the format familiar to customers. Further integration will take place in stages, retaining the team and partnerships while taking into account the specific characteristics of each location.
As previously reported, PJSC “ZNVKIF “Benefit” received approval from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for the acquisition of Nedles LLC in March 2026.
According to the YouControl analytical system, the ultimate beneficiaries of Nedles LLC are listed as Vitaliy Miroshnikov (68.75%) and Igor Prokhorenko (31.25%). The “Badyoryi” supermarket chain, which has 171 stores in Kyiv and the surrounding region, is registered under Nedles LLC.
According to 2025 results, Nedles increased its revenue by 68.4% to UAH 2.7 billion. At the same time, the net loss amounted to UAH 13.4 million, compared to a profit in the previous year. The company employs 649 people.
