Nova Poshta has raised its delivery rates effective April 13
Starting April 13, Nova Poshta has introduced updated rates for the delivery of documents, parcels, and cargo.
This was reported by the company’s press service.
The company explained that the price adjustment is due to rising costs—specifically for fuel, electricity, and partner services.
The cost of document delivery has increased by 10 UAH and now stands at 70 UAH within the city and 80 UAH across Ukraine.
Rates for parcels up to 30 kg within the city: up to 2 kg — 70 UAH, up to 10 kg — 115 UAH, up to 30 kg — 180 UAH.
Delivery within Ukraine: up to 2 kg — 90 UAH, up to 10 kg — 135 UAH, up to 30 kg — 200 UAH.
At the same time, some services remain unchanged—specifically, storage at branches, packaging of medium and large parcels, as well as certain additional services.
The company also noted that packaging for small parcels, branded envelopes for documents, and in-transit redirection remain free of charge.
Additionally, if a package is affected by Russian attacks, Nova Poshta will refund the sender. To do so, simply submit a claim following the instructions the company sends immediately after the incident.
