The state-owned banks Oschadbank and Ukreximbank plan to sell the Gulliver shopping mall in Kyiv through an auction.
This was announced by Yuriy Katsion, chairman of the board of Oschadbank.
According to him, the sale will take place on the Prozorro platform, and the auction itself is scheduled to be held in the coming months.
Oschadbank owns 80% of the property rights to the complex, while the remaining 20% belong to Ukreximbank. The decision to sell was made jointly.
Katsion also noted that lawsuits filed by the former owner are not blocking the sale process.
A man died at the Gulliver shopping center in downtown Kyiv. According to preliminary reports, he fell from the fifth floor. Police are currently identifying him and investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
