A Ukrainian apartment rental app has been launched in Warsaw

A Ukrainian iOS app for real estate rentals, known in Europe as “birb,” has officially launched in the Polish capital, which has become the project’s second international city after London.

The app offers users a fast 3D map with the exact location of properties, aggregated listings from various sources, and a notification system for new offers; for Ukrainians, the developers are providing free access to view owners’ contact information for three months.

According to the project’s founder, Arseniy Feshchenko, the decision to enter the Warsaw market was driven by the high concentration of Ukrainians in the city and the tight rental market. While adapting the service, the team introduced new features, including detailed building maps, a search filter based on commute time to work, and detailed listing descriptions, which they plan to incorporate into the Ukrainian version in the future. Viewing landlords’ contact information in the app requires a paid subscription, and the release of the Android version will follow the collection and analysis of feedback from iOS users.

The news agency Interfax-Ukraine reported on the service’s geographic expansion, citing the press service of the LUN new-construction portal.

As a reminder, “Diia” has automated the renewal of employee reservations.

Online services for veterans have been expanded in Ukraine.
