The Armenian holding company Arins Group will acquire a bank and a five-star hotel in Georgia
The Luxembourg-based company AGE S.A., which operates within the Armenian Arins Group ecosystem, has agreed to acquire the Georgian bank Terabank and the five-star hotel The Biltmore Tbilisi. To finalize the deal, the parties must obtain the necessary approvals from regulatory authorities.
The acquisition of assets in Georgia will mark the first stage of Arins Group’s international expansion. Through Terabank, the holding company plans to develop corporate and retail banking, specifically by strengthening its work with small and medium-sized businesses.
The Biltmore Tbilisi is viewed as a long-term investment in Georgia’s tourism sector. The hotel is a five-star property located in the country’s capital.
Arins Group comprises Ardshinbank, Armenia Insurance, and Arins Capital Fund. As of the end of June 2026, the group’s net assets totaled $1.635 billion, while Ardshinbank’s assets alone were valued at $7.8 billion.

The deal was struck with the Dhabi Group, which currently owns Terabank and The Biltmore Tbilisi. Its completion will be subject to approval by the relevant Georgian and other regulatory authorities.
