Ukraine has set a record for frozen raspberry exports
During the June–March period of the 2025/2026 season, Ukraine increased its exports of frozen raspberries to 56,800 tons, generating record foreign exchange earnings of 223.8 million euros. This figure rose by 7% compared to the previous year due to an increase in the average export price to €3.94 per kilogram.
The largest importers of this product were Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, with prices peaking in March, when a kilogram of berries cost €4.22.
Experts predict that prices will remain high next season due to damage to plantations in Poland and a poor harvest in Serbia, which will allow Ukrainian farmers to plan long-term contracts. At the same time, the report notes an increase in blueberry exports to 9,200 tons, which brought the country €16.4 million in revenue.
This is stated in the May report of the “Berry Farming of Ukraine” association.
