A new virtual mobile operator, U Mobile, has launched in Ukraine
"Ukrtelecom" has officially launched the virtual mobile operator U Mobile in Ukraine. The company has introduced two rate plans offering 15 or 60 GB of data, as well as 500 minutes of calls within Ukraine and 15 SMS messages.
Prices for the plans start at 360 UAH. Services can be paid for in 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month terms. When choosing a longer subscription period, the monthly cost of services decreases.
The plan is billed per full calendar month: after purchasing and activating a SIM card or eSIM, you can start using the services immediately, but the paid period begins on the 1st of the following month.
The “Simka 60” plan is also available as part of the “Optika+Simka” bundle from Ukrtelecom, which combines U Mobile mobile service with fiber-optic internet at speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s and allows for payment via a single bill.
“Simka” starter packages are sold in the U Mobile online store. The operator allows customers to choose a new number or port an existing number from other carriers, offering a 15% discount on the first selected subscription period.
