A project for an apartment complex near Sovinion is up for sale in Odesa
A real estate development project for an apartment complex in the coastal area of Chornomorsk, near Sovinion, has been put up for sale in Odesa. The proposal involves the development of a private land plot measuring 2.1 hectares with existing buildings totaling 4,603.8 square meters, located 380 meters from the shoreline.
Two main scenarios are being considered for the site’s development: a complete redevelopment involving the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new complex, or the renovation of the existing sanatorium building. If a cascading development with buildings ranging from 5 to 16 stories is built, the total area of the project will be 44,000 square meters, while the alternative option, with buildings up to 23 stories tall, would provide 49,300 square meters of space.
The site is connected to water, sewer, and electricity utilities and has convenient road access. This plot is part of a broader development concept for the Chornomorska waterfront area, covering a total of 21.2 hectares and encompassing the construction of residential, commercial, and recreational infrastructure, including a waterfront promenade, beaches, parks, a hotel, and a water park.
The asset is being sold through the acquisition of 100% of the corporate rights, and the transaction price is negotiable.
