Chris Evans sells Los Angeles home for $5.38 million
American actor Chris Evans has sold his home in Los Angeles, United States, for $5.38 million. This is $1.01 million below the last asking price of $6.39 million, MarketWatch reports, citing Realtor.com.
Timeline of the sale
Evans first listed the property for sale in May 2025 for $6.99 million. In November of the same year, the property was taken off the market. In June, the house reappeared on the market with a price of $6.39 million.
A week before the deal was completed, it was reported that Evans had found a buyer. At that time, the sale was still at the stage where the accepted offer depended on the fulfillment of certain conditions, and the amount of the deal was unknown.

The actor had owned the house since 2013, when he bought it for $3.52 million. Evans told Realtor.com that he had decided to spend more time on the U.S. East Coast with his wife Alba Baptista and daughter Alma.
Home in the Hollywood Hills
The 1940s house is located on the cul-de-sac of Torreyson Street in the Hollywood Hills. It was modernized during Evans's ownership. Listing agent Scott Moore of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California said the property could appeal to a buyer who values privacy.
The grounds include outdoor recreation areas, a pool, a spa area, and a separate guest building with a bedroom, kitchen, office, and private gym. The main house has a kitchen with Wolf, Sub-Zero, Thermador, and Miele appliances, as well as a primary bedroom with a separate patio. Evans named the views from the house as his favorite feature of the home.
