UAF Marketing was fined nearly 5.2 million hryvnia for advertising a casino
PlayCity fined “UAF Marketing” nearly 5.2 million hryvnias for violating regulations governing gambling advertising.
The violations were discovered during an advertising campaign for an online casino that serves as the title sponsor of the 2026/2027 Ukrainian Cup.
Specifically, the ads were posted on Threads via the @uafukraine account, which is not listed in the Register of Media Entities.
Additionally, there were no warnings on the UAF website, Instagram, or YouTube stating that the content was intended for individuals aged 21 and older. The advertising materials also lacked the required warnings about the risk of gambling addiction and the need to adhere to responsible gaming principles.

The state agency “PlayCity” decided to revoke the licenses of two gambling operators following an investigation that revealed their ties to an aggressor country. As a result, the Favbet Casino/Favbet Poker and Billionaire brands are effectively disappearing from the Ukrainian market.
The Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries conducted an unscheduled inspection of the online casino SlotCity. Based on the results, the company “All City Games,” which operates under the SlotCity brand, was fined 4.323 million hryvnias.
