Trump said he had good conversations with Zelenskyy and Putin
U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he is in contact with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin.
He said this in an interview with “The Sunday Briefing.”
According to Trump, the U.S. is working on the situation between Ukraine and Russia and is counting on the possibility of resolving the war.
“I do speak with him (Putin—ed.), and I do speak with President Zelenskyy, and these are good conversations,” he said.
At the same time, Trump reiterated the notion of “hatred” between Zelenskyy and Putin, calling it an obstacle to reaching agreements.
U.S. authorities have identified the suspect in the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump. He is 31-year-old Cole Thomas Allen of Torrance, California.
