Spanish Super Cup 2027 to be held in Istanbul — Anadolu Agency
The 2027 Spanish Super Cup will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, from February 2 to 6. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad will take part in the tournament, Anadolu Agency reports.
Match schedule
In the first semifinal on February 2, Barcelona will play Atletico Madrid at Chobani Stadium. The following day, February 3, Real Madrid will face Real Sociedad at Tüpraş Stadium.
The final match is scheduled for February 6 at RAMS Park. Turkey national team footballer Arda Güler plays for Real Madrid.

Tournament presentation
At a promotional event in Istanbul, World Ethnosport Confederation Chairman Bilal Erdoğan said that the idea of holding the tournament in the city emerged during his meeting with Turki Al-Sheikh, adviser to the Saudi Royal Court and chairman of the General Entertainment Authority. According to him, the initiative was supported by Turkish ministries, the football federation and clubs.
Representatives of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Saudi Arabia, the Turkish Football Federation, as well as Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş, also took part in the event. Turki Al-Sheikh thanked Turkish authorities, football federations and clubs for their assistance in organizing the competition.
Bilal Erdoğan also said that the Ethnosport Culture Festival is expected to take place in Riyadh in November as part of Riyadh Season.
