Meta is testing a paid Instagram Plus subscription with new features and capabilities for users
Meta has begun testing a new premium subscription service called Instagram Plus, which provides access to advanced features on the popular social network.

Among the subscription’s key features is the ability to view Stories without notifying the creator that the user has viewed the post. At the same time, subscribers will be able to see how many times their Stories have been replayed.
In addition, Instagram Plus users will be able to create an unlimited number of audience lists for Stories, unlike the standard “close friends” list. This allows for flexible customization of who exactly sees each individual “story.”
Another feature is the ability to extend the lifespan of Stories by an additional 24 hours. Subscribers will also be able to boost the visibility of their posts once a week by moving them to the top of the Stories feed for their followers.
Other options include the ability to add animated “Super Likes” to Stories, as well as a convenient search feature in the view count list, allowing users to quickly check whether a specific person has viewed a post without having to scroll through the entire list.
Currently, Meta has not disclosed the full list of countries where the subscription is being tested. However, users on social media report that Instagram Plus is already being tested in Mexico, Japan, and the Philippines.
The subscription cost varies by region. According to users, it is about $2.20 per month in Mexico, about $2 in Japan, and approximately $1.10 per month in the Philippines.
