Qiuntex is returning to Switzerland with a new division and is switching to the qiuntex.com domain
The international neobank Qiuntex has announced the resumption of its direct presence in Switzerland. The company has registered a new subsidiary in the country, and information about the new structure has already been entered into the Swiss Federal Commercial Register (Zefix).
The return to Switzerland coincides with the rebranding of Qiuntex and the migration of the entire platform to the new international domain qiuntex.com.
The new Swiss entity will operate directly under the Qiuntex brand and will play a key role in the platform’s further development in the areas of payments, digital assets, and financial technology.
A New Phase Following the Agreement with Zenvault
The decision to establish a new entity in Switzerland was made following an M&A deal finalized in July 2026. As part of the deal, the Qiuntex Group sold its former Swiss company, Zenvault, to a Cypriot holding company with a market capitalization of over €100 million.
After the deal closed, Qiuntex decided to continue its expansion in Switzerland under its own brand.
“The sale of Zenvault was an important milestone for our team. We demonstrated that we can not only create fintech companies but also grow them to the point of an M&A deal. At the same time, we had no plans to leave Switzerland.
We are now embarking on the next phase directly under the Qiuntex brand. For us, this is an opportunity to combine payment, technology, and compliance functions into a single structure and continue to develop the platform in the international market,” says Vladislav Zaporozhchenko, founder of Qiuntex.
What the new entity will do
According to its articles of incorporation, the Swiss subsidiary’s activities will cover several key areas:
- payment services and the processing of international settlements;
- work with digital assets, including the exchange and storage of virtual currencies;
- development of software and IT solutions for the financial sector;
- consulting services in the areas of financial regulation and compliance.
The Swiss entity will become part of Qiuntex’s overall infrastructure. The company also plans to develop multi-currency solutions for businesses and continue working with European financial partners.
At the same time, existing Qiuntex clients in the UK and the EU will continue to use the platform as usual through the existing licensed infrastructure.
Qiuntex Consolidates Its Platform Under a Single Domain
Along with the creation of the new Swiss entity, Qiuntex is completing the transition to the qiuntex.com domain.
The new domain unifies the platform’s core services and serves as the single point of access to Qiuntex services for international clients.
Today, the platform offers solutions for cross-border business, including multi-currency accounts with UK IBANs, international transfers via SWIFT and SEPA, as well as corporate VISA payment cards.
For Qiuntex, this is not just a domain change, but the next stage in the brand’s development following several years of working with international financial institutions.
