The 2026 Global Industrial Internet Conference opened in Shenyang, China, where intelligent equipment and technologies were presented. Exhibits included the Lingxi robot dog, a robot for servicing electrical facilities, and a digital human for services at gas stations, ECNS reports.

A robot dog for the home

The Lingxi robot dog interacted with exhibition visitors: it shook hands, performed movements, and followed them autonomously. A representative of China Mobile’s Liaoning branch said that the robot can patrol homes, detect anomalies, support educational interaction, and provide remote video communication.

According to the company representative, Lingxi supports interaction between devices, networks, and cloud services. In his assessment, this makes it possible to use artificial intelligence capabilities in everyday life.

Robots for energy facilities and gas stations

The conference also demonstrated a robot for enclosed distribution rooms and substations. Technician Zhang Jiachun said that the robot serves as an intelligent attendant, makes it possible to operate without the constant presence of personnel, and is intended to increase the level of intelligence and safety at energy facilities.
