Zlochevsky's daughters plan to drill new wells in the Lviv region

The company “Pari,” owned by Anna and Karina Zlochevski, plans to begin drilling three exploratory wells in the Sambir District of Lviv Oblast.

According to the report, the daughters of the former Minister of Ecology during Viktor Yanukovych’s presidency hold four licenses for oil and gas production in the region. The new wells are planned to be drilled near the town of Rudky.

These are exploratory wells at the Niklovytske gas field, with a depth of 2,100 meters. If gas is discovered there, the wells will be reclassified as production wells and regular extraction will begin, as stated in the notice of planned activities.

The company promises to provide energy resources, create jobs, and contribute to local budgets through a share of the subsoil use royalty—2% each to the district and regional budgets, and 3% to the budget of the Rudky Territorial Community. It should be noted that during martial law, the royalty rate for subsoil use is 12% of the price of gas sold, provided it is sold at a price of up to $400 per 1,000 cubic meters. If the price is higher, the rate may range from 12 to 36 percent.

Pari LLC is part of the Zlochevsky family’s group of companies, which is engaged in oil and gas production, gas and electricity supply, construction, and other activities. It is owned by Anna and Karina Zlochevsky, who are registered in Cyprus. The company holds four licenses for oil and gas production in the Lviv region—in the Chukvynskyi block and the Niklovytske field in the Sambir district, the Semyhynivskyi block in the Stryi district, and the Peremyshlyanskyi block in the Lviv district. Pari LLC also holds licenses for gas production at the Pylypivske field in the Ivano-Frankivsk region and at the Sheremetivske field in the Chernivtsi region.

This is stated in a notice regarding planned activities published on the website of the Sambir District State Administration.

As a reminder, the daughter of a former Ukrainian minister married Fistal, whose uncle is under arrest.

Additionally, the family of the controversial Minister of Ecology is buying up real estate in central Kyiv.
