The Cabinet of Ministers approved a series of personnel decisions in the ministries
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made personnel changes in a number of ministries, approving decisions to dismiss and appoint officials. This was announced by Taras Melnychuk, the government’s representative in the Verkhovna Rada.
Dismissed:
- Andriy Ivanovych Sibiga from the position of First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
- Ruslan Viktorovych Prykhodko from the position of Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine;
- Farkhad Gabilovich Farkhadov from the position of Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine;
- Oleg Ihorovych Shymansky from the position of Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine;
- Kostiantyn Oleksiyovych Kovalchuk from the position of Deputy Minister of Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport of Ukraine.
The following have been appointed:
- Serhiy Volodymyrovych Rekun as First Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine;
- Igor Vasylovych Piskun as Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine;
- Ruslan Viktorovich Prykhodko as Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration;
- Oleg Ihorovych Shymansky as Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization;
- Ruslan Yuriyovych Oliynyk as Deputy Minister of Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport of Ukraine;
- Kyrylo Oleksandrovych Fesyk as Deputy Minister of Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport of Ukraine;
- Inna Vasylivna Ostradchuk as State Secretary of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine;
- Tetyana Illivna Korol as Deputy Chair of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (reappointed);
- Oleksandr Mykolayovych Maletskyi as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization (reappointed).

As a reminder, searches are being conducted at Sens Bank as part of a special anti-corruption operation by NABU and the SAPO.
NABU and the SAP announced a special operation to expose a criminal organization which, according to preliminary data, operated under the leadership of current and former members of the Ukrainian Parliament and with the participation of high-ranking officials from the Office of the President and other individuals.
As part of the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption special operation, searches are also being conducted at the residence of Iryna Mudra, deputy head of the Office of the President.
NABU and the SAPO have released wiretap recordings in connection with the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption special operation.
