Gas supply disruptions have been reported in Dovzhansk and other settlements in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk Oblast.
The Luhansk Regional State Administration reported this on Facebook.
“Gas in local homes ran out several days ago. Without any warnings, schedules, or statements from the occupiers regarding when service will be restored,” the post reads.
And this, the regional administration noted, follows regular water and power outages.
The so-called “LPR” is seeing the highest number of fraud cases linked to the use of a Russian government app, which the invaders first forced all public sector employees to install, and then other citizens.
Victims complain of money disappearing from bank cards, accounts being hijacked, and complete loss of access. The number of cases continues to rise. According to the Regional State Administration, there are far more victims of fraud in the Russian-occupied part of Luhansk Oblast than on the territory of the Russian Federation.
