Nova Poshta Will Reimburse the Cost of Packages Following Russia's Attack on the Terminal in Kryvyi Rih

On the morning of July 7, Russian troops attacked Kryvyi Rih, damaging the “Nova Poshta” sorting terminal. Despite the damage, the company’s network continues to operate as usual, and customers will be reimbursed for the cost of lost packages.

Nova Poshta noted that the terminal’s employees were not injured, as they were in shelters during the air raid alert.

Emergency services are currently working at the site of the strike, and efforts to address the aftermath of the Russian attack are underway.

“Despite the attack, we are ensuring the continuity of our logistics processes and keeping everything under control. Over the years of full-scale war, we have built a system that allows us to respond quickly to such challenges. The company has already activated backup logistics plans, so shipments are currently being delivered without significant changes, and the network is operating as usual,” the company emphasized.

Nova Poshta also confirmed that it will compensate customers for 100% of the declared value of shipments that were damaged or lost as a result of the attack.

“Nova Poshta,” as always, assumes full responsibility and will compensate customers for 100% of the declared value of shipments affected by the attacks. We will personally contact each owner of a damaged package to process the compensation. Customers can also personally submit a claim for reimbursement to our national call center at 0-800-500-609. Support is available 24/7,” the statement reads.

The company also recommended tracking the status of shipments via the mobile app or on the official “Nova Poshta” website, where up-to-date delivery information is published.
