It will be slightly warmer in the south of the country—up to +19°C. The Carpathians will be the coolest—0 to +5°C at night and +7 to +12°C during the day.
On Thursday, September 24, it will be cloudy in Kyiv. Heavy rain is expected, with thunderstorms in some parts of the region. Winds will be from the west and southwest at 7–12 m/s. Temperatures in the region will range from 6–11° at night to 11–16° during the day; in Kyiv, they will range from 8–10° at night to 13–15° during the day.
Forecasters are warning of hazardous weather conditions across the Kyiv region and Kyiv—Level I hazard, yellow.
