The court has approved the division of the Poroshenkos' assets, valued at over 8.5 billion hryvnias
The Vinnytsia Court of Appeals has approved the division of property between Petro and Maryna Poroshenko, granting the plaintiff’s appeal.
This is stated in the court’s ruling.
The court overturned the lower court’s decision and issued a new one regarding the division of the couple’s joint property.
Specifically, Marina Poroshenko was granted ownership of 8,190 shares in the investment fund “Prime Assets Capital,” valued at more than 8.3 billion hryvnias.
The court awarded other property, including vehicles, cash, and income from foreign entities, to Petro Poroshenko.
The total value of the divided property exceeds 8.5 billion hryvnias.
The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption and may be appealed to the Supreme Court within 30 days.
As a reminder, Petro Poroshenko made an emotional statement in the Verkhovna Rada.
Former President and Member of Parliament of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko submitted his electronic declaration for 2025. He listed a significant gift for his wife, Maryna.
