War veteran and star of Season 13 of *The Bachelor*, Oleksandr Budko—known as Teren—met with Prince Harry, who is currently visiting Ukraine.

The Ukrainian veteran thanked the Duke of Sussex for his support and shared the story of how they met, as well as posting photos from their previous meetings.

On his blog on the social media platform Threads, Teren shared photos taken three years apart. He first met Prince Harry in Düsseldorf (Germany) in 2023.

At that time, the city was hosting the “Invictus Games,” in which the veteran participated. “The difference between the photos is three years. We once met in Düsseldorf, where we exchanged a few words. Today we are sitting on the same stage, and this conversation has become longer,” he noted.

In the photos shared by Oleksandr Budko, he is seen with the prince during a meeting in Kyiv and took a selfie with him. In his post, the veteran thanked the prince for supporting him at the time and inspiring him to undergo rehabilitation after his injury.

“Thank you to Mr. Harry, who at the time ‘forced’ me to go through rehabilitation and recovery very quickly so that I would no longer feel like a ‘disabled person,’” the Ukrainian wrote.

In Kyiv, Prince Harry called onthe U.S. to take a leadership role in the war between Russia and Ukraine.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are teaching their children to do good deeds. Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet joined their parents and their Archewell Foundation, which partnered with Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles (OBKLA) to prepare meals for the local community.
