The Reserve+ app has experienced a major outage; data is not being updated
On the morning of September 1, Ukrainians encountered a major outage in the “Reserve+” app. Users report that the service is temporarily down and is not updating data.
According to users, the app has stopped loading, and those who already have it on their smartphones are unable to update their information.
When attempting to use the service, Ukrainians may see a message about a malfunction in “Reserve+.”
At this time, there is no official information regarding the causes of this widespread outage or when the app will resume functioning.
Given the issues with “Reserve+,” citizens are advised to carry a paper military registration document with them.
This is especially important for those who will need to confirm their military registration status or present the relevant document in the near future.
Until the app resumes full operation, it is advisable not to rely solely on the digital document and, if possible, to carry a paper copy with you.
Prior to this, on the evening of August 22, the “Army+” app and some “Reserve+” services were temporarily unavailable due to technical work on the “Trembita” system. The work was scheduled to take place from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the Ministry of Defense warned that restoring all services might take longer.
On August 18, PrivatBank experienced technical issues with several of its services. Customers report that they are unable to pay with their cards when making purchases.
