Ukrainian government approves list of countries whose citizens can obtain Ukrainian passports

The Ukrainian government has approved a list of countries whose citizens can obtain Ukrainian passports without renouncing their previous citizenship. This became possible thanks to the law on multiple citizenship that came into force in July. The list includes the United States, Canada, Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, which have the largest communities of Ukrainians and have traditionally supported Ukraine.
