Ukrnafta urged drivers to leave gas stations during an alarm
"Ukrnafta" has urged drivers not to remain on the premises of gas stations during an air raid alert. The company asks that drivers leave the gas station as quickly as possible after the alarm sounds and follow the instructions of staff members. The announcement came after a series of Russian strikes on civilian infrastructure, including gas stations.
Ukrnafta emphasized that the safety of customers and employees is the company’s top priority. For this reason, during a yellow or red air raid alert, the network’s gas stations cease operations. Customers are asked to pay attention to air raid alerts and not to ignore them. Once an alert is announced, drivers are advised to follow the instructions of gas station staff and not to linger on the premises. “Ukrnafta” has separately appealed to drivers, asking them not to leave their vehicles in parking lots or other areas on the gas station premises during an air raid alert. The company advises drivers not to linger on the premises after refueling or making a purchase.
Drivers are also advised, if possible, to drop off passengers before pulling into the gas station. This will allow people to leave the gas station premises more quickly in case of danger. “Following these simple rules helps reduce risks and protect lives and health,” Ukrnafta emphasized.
