On August 24, Ukraine will be mostly dry and warm, with no precipitation expected. Daytime temperatures will rise to +30°, and in Kyiv, they will reach up to +25°.
No precipitation is expected in Ukraine. Winds will be from the west and northwest at 5–10 m/s. Temperatures in the western and northern regions will range from 8–13° at night to 21–26° during the day; in the rest of the country, they will range from 11–16° at night to 25–30° during the day.
On Monday, August 24, no precipitation is expected in Kyiv. The wind will be from the west at 5–10 m/s. Temperatures across the region will range from 8–13° at night and 21–26° during the day; in Kyiv, they will range from 11–13° at night and 23–25° during the day.

As a reminder, the average temperature in Tokyo has risen by approximately 3°C over the past century.
