Temperatures in Ukraine will rise to +33° this weekend
This weekend, August 15–17, Ukraine will be mostly dry. Daytime temperatures in most regions will range from 21–28°, while in Zakarpattia and in some other regions, temperatures will reach +33°.
No precipitation is generally expected in Ukraine on August 15–17. The weather will be determined by a high-pressure system, although its influence will gradually weaken. As a result, the country will see light cloud cover and comfortable summer weather without significant precipitation.
Winds will be variable in direction, with speeds of 3–8 m/s. At night, temperatures will drop to 8–16°. During the day, temperatures will rise to 21–28°. It will be warmest in Zakarpattia, where temperatures may reach +30…+33°.
Where it will be cooler
In the eastern and northeastern regions, the weekend will be somewhat cooler. Daytime temperatures there will be around +20…+25°. In the rest of the regions, temperatures are expected to range mainly from +23…+28°.
On Saturday, August 15, forecasters predict partly cloudy skies and dry weather. Overnight temperatures will range from +8…+13°, and daytime temperatures will be +23…+28°. In Zakarpattia, temperatures may reach +30…+33°.
What will the weather be like in Kyiv?
Kyiv and the surrounding region will also see no precipitation. In the capital, temperatures are expected to range from +11 to +13° at night and around +25° during the day. In the Kyiv region, temperatures will range from +8 to +13° at night, rising to +23 to +28° during the day.
