Service members in the Army+ program are eligible for discounts of up to 9 UAH per liter on WOG fuel

UA NEWS 01 October 2026 14:11
Service members in the Army+ program are eligible for discounts of up to 9 UAH per liter on WOG fuel

Service members can receive a discount of up to 9 UAH per liter on WOG fuel through the “Army+” app. To take advantage of this offer, you must pay for fuel with a PrivatBank card that meets the promotion’s terms and conditions, according to the Ministry of Defense.

The discounts are available as part of the new BILSHE++ project, in which businesses and banks combine their offers so that “Army+” users can enjoy additional savings.

“PrivatBank and WOG are launching their first joint offer. When paying with a PrivatBank card participating in the offer, you can receive a discount of 9 UAH/liter on MUSTANG gasoline and diesel; 8 UAH/liter on Euro 5 gasoline and diesel; 4 UAH/liter on natural gas,” according to a statement released on Thursday.

The discount applies to 100 liters of fuel per month for each user. Once this limit is reached, the standard WOG discount in the “Perks” section continues to apply with no limit on the number of liters.

To receive the discount, open the Army+ app, go to the “Perks” section, and select WOG; then check the offer description to ensure your PrivatBank card meets the terms and conditions. Next, generate or update the QR code, show it at the register, and pay for the fuel with the corresponding card. The discount is applied directly at checkout.

The “Perks” section in Army+ is open to new partnerships. Banks, businesses, and other companies can collaborate to create additional benefits for servicemembers, the Ministry of Defense noted.

We should add that more than 5,000 Ukrainians have paid off problematic loans taken out from PrivatBank.

As a reminder, on the morning of August 15, Ukrainians began complaining en masse about problems with cashless payments. In stores and supermarkets, card payments and transactions via terminals are either difficult to process or fail entirely.

PrivatBank reported a technical glitch affecting several of its services. The bank is already working to resolve the issue and assures that all functions should return to normal operation shortly.
