The High Council of Justice suspended the evaluation of two judges and initiated the dismissal of another

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has suspended the qualification evaluation of two judges and determined that another judge is unfit for her position.

This concerns Nataliia Petrenko of the Sviatoshynsky District Court of Kyiv—her evaluation was suspended due to a disciplinary sanction imposed on her. The evaluation of Andrii Alekseev, a judge of the Commercial Court of Mykolaiv Oblast, was also suspended.

Separately, the commission conducted an interview with Lesya Yarova, a judge of the Holovanivsk District Court of Kirovohrad Oblast.

Based on the results of the evaluation, she scored 669.125 points. The High Qualification Commission of Judges (HQCJ) determined that the judge was unfit for her position and decided to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice requesting her dismissal.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Kyrylo Fesyk from his position as head of the Obolon District State Administration in Kyiv. The corresponding order was published on August 20 on the president’s website, and Fesyk himself submitted his resignation.

On Wednesday, August 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Iryna Mudra from her position as deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
