Chubarov urged Crimean residents to stay away from Russian military facilities
Refat Chubarov, Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, has urged Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied Crimea to immediately leave areas near military facilities belonging to the Russian invaders.
The politician announced this on his official Facebook page.
According to him, a significant escalation of hostilities and mutual airstrikes is expected in the near future.
Analyzing the current military and political situation, the head of the Mejlis drew attention to the sharp escalation of rhetoric from the leadership of the aggressor country.
Chubarov emphasized that the saturation of the Crimean Peninsula with enemy equipment and bases makes it a primary target for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Russian occupation army has turned a Ukrainian health resort into a full-fledged military base, which poses a direct threat to the civilian population.
“Given Moscow’s latest statements, as well as Lavrov’s hysterics in front of Rubio, the Kremlin’s occupants have finally lost their minds. As a result, an escalation of mutual missile and drone strikes is expected,” he noted.
