SBS drones destroyed the occupiers' rear logistics bases – video
Ukrainian defenders delivered a powerful and precise strike against the Russian invaders’ rear areas in the Donetsk region. As a result of a comprehensive and meticulously planned operation, key elements of the enemy’s logistical infrastructure—which had been supplying Russian offensive units with matériel and provisions—were completely destroyed.
This is evidenced by video footage released by the 413th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems “Raid.”
The combat operation was carried out by UAV operators and reconnaissance personnel from the “Raid” regiment, who identified locations where enemy resources were concentrated. Strike targets were selected at the intersections of strategically important rail and road transport routes, which the occupiers used as major transshipment points. A logistics depot of the 36th Motorized Rifle Brigade and adjacent units of the Russian Federation’s 29th Combined Arms Army, deployed near the settlements of Bugas and Novoselivka, came under fire from Ukrainian forces. In addition, the LRS base of the 51st Army of the Russian occupation forces (formerly the “1st Army Corps” of the so-called DPR) in the area of the temporarily occupied Dokuchaevsk was successfully destroyed. The next targets were supply depots and a temporary deployment point for personnel of the 2nd Battalion of the 155th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Pacific Fleet near the settlement of Sygnalne.
The Unmanned Systems Forces specifically highlighted the geographical features of the mission. The range and coordinates of the successful strikes clearly demonstrate the growing capability of the Ukrainian Defense Forces to effectively reach and destroy the invaders’ priority targets at a significant distance from the front line. The military emphasized that a significant portion of the destroyed facilities and warehouses were located in the Donbas region, which has been under Russian military control since the initial occupation in 2014.
The Volgograd Oil Refinery in Russia halted operations following a visit by Ukrainian drones.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the oil refinery, air defense systems, and a number of Russian military facilities.
As a result of the strikes on the refinery in Russia, there was a shortage of gasoline, particularly AI-95.
