Russian Shahed drones attacked the Kyiv region: thick smoke rose from the impact site

An attack by Russian "Shahed"-type strike drones was reported in the Kyiv region. A fire broke out as a result of the drone being hit or debris falling.

A thick column of black smoke rose above the site of the attack, visible from a considerable distance. According to preliminary information, the fire broke out at one of the locations in the region.

Information regarding the extent of the damage and possible casualties is currently being verified. Relevant services are on the scene.

As of the time of this report, no air raid alert has been declared in Kyiv or the Kyiv region.

Russian troops carried out nearly 30 attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region, using drones and artillery. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and three others were wounded.

In Zaporizhzhia, authorities reported a new type of attack in which a Russian “Shahed” drone allegedly delivers FPV drones directly to the city center and drops them on civilian targets. Authorities report a change in the enemy’s tactics and an increased threat to the city.
