In Chernihiv region, two police officers were injured by a Russian drone
In Novhorod-Siverskyi, two police officers were injured as a result of Russian strikes. Civilian infrastructure, local homes, and a vehicle were also damaged.

“Late yesterday evening, the enemy struck the centre of Novhorod-Siverskyi with two Geran drones. The employment centre, a shop, a car, and nearby residential buildings were hit. Two police officers were injured,” Chaus stated.
He added that homes were damaged in the villages of Horodnia and Novhorod-Siverskyi communities.
Hits were also recorded in the Koriukivka community. Specifically, an FPV drone struck a village shop, while in another settlement FPV drones attacked an energy facility. A car was damaged in one of the villages.
In the Mena community, Geran drones attacked a woodworking enterprise.
Chaus noted that a blast in Chernihiv yesterday around 04:20 p.m. was on the outskirts of the city and, according to preliminary information, caused by a missile.
He also reported that over the past day, Russian forces carried out 50 attacks across the region, with 84 explosions recorded.
Chernihiv and Slavutych were left without electricity due to a failure at an energy facility, and residents of Chernihiv also lost power due to damage to a transmission line.
Earlier, Chernihiv, Slavutych, and several settlements in Chernihiv district were completely without electricity following the energy facility accident.
