The next three to four months will be crucial on the front lines — Airborne Forces commander

Russian troops have somewhat reduced the intensity of their assaults in the Pokrovsk direction, but it is still too early to say they are exhausted. This was stated by Yevhen Lasiychuk, commander of the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Airborne Assault Forces.

According to him, the war is changing rapidly due to the large-scale use of new technologies, and the next three to four months could prove decisive.

“If the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not halt technological progress and continue to build on their advantage, while also preventing the enemy from developing its own ‘response,’ that is precisely what could be called a strategic turning point,” Lasyichuk noted.

He emphasized that technological superiority and the speed of adaptation to new conditions of war remain key factors in changing the situation on the battlefield.

On the night of June 20, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of Russian military targets. Among the targets was a bridge near Henichesk, which the occupiers use to transport equipment and resupply their troops between occupied Crimea and the southern front.

In Taganrog, Russia, a power substation that supplied electricity to the “Atlant-Aero” defense enterprise was damaged. As a result, production lines involved in the manufacture of drones were disrupted.

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, fires broke out at a number of energy and infrastructure facilities following a nighttime attack. In particular, fires were reported at the Tavriya Thermal Power Plant and at gas facilities in various regions of the peninsula.
