A New Threat: Russia Is Deploying "Molniya" Drones Equipped with Artificial Intelligence on a Massive Scale in the Zaporizhzhia Region
Russian troops have begun using an autonomous version of the “Molniya” strike drones, equipped with artificial intelligence capabilities, on a large scale in the Zaporizhzhia sector.
This was reported by radio technology expert Sergey “Flash” Beskrestnov.
According to him, the new drone model is capable of operating autonomously, which means that conventional drone detectors may be less effective. He urged citizens to be especially vigilant, noting that the military is developing countermeasures against this threat without public fanfare.
The “Molniya” is a low-cost, aircraft-type attack UAV made from simple materials. Depending on the variant, it can carry up to 5 kg of explosives and travel distances ranging from 30 to 60 km.

As a result of a massive Russian strike on the capital, a rented humanitarian warehouse belonging to the Ukrainian Red Cross was completely destroyed; it had stored over 320,000 items of cargo and equipment with a total value of over 79 million hryvnias.
As a result of Russian shelling and a fire at one of the capital’s enterprises, fuel and lubricants flowed into Kyrylivske Lake in Kyiv via the storm sewer system.
