Russian forces shell 35 settlements in Kherson region, casualties reported

Over the past day, Russian forces carried out strikes on settlements in Kherson region, resulting in both fatalities and injuries, reported the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

The attacks, involving drones, airstrikes, and artillery fire, affected the following communities: Antonivka, Prydniprovsk, Sadove, Zelenivka, Bilozirka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Kizomys, Yantarne, Dniprovske, Oleksandrivka, Tomyna Balka, Mykilske, Daryivka, Ponyativka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Charyvne, Novoraisk, Urozhayne, Ukrayinka, Chervone, Fedorivka, Burgunka, Zolota Balka, Kachkarivka, Osokorivka, Lvivske, Novooleksandrivka, Odradokamianka, Respublikanyets, Sablukivka, Tyahynka, Vesele, and the city of Kherson.

Russian troops targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas, damaging 3 apartment buildings and 14 private houses. A warehouse, trolleybuses, and private vehicles were also destroyed.

As a result of the aggression, 4 people were killed and 5 were injured. One person was evacuated from recently liberated communities in the region.

Separately, drone debris fell near a parking lot in Obolon, damaging cars and a building, and a fire broke out at the Dnipro Hotel on Khreshchatyk in Kyiv.

The aftermath of the Kyiv attack has been documented. Additionally, the “Sense” bookstore in Kyiv was covered with homophobic leaflets for the third time. Previously, luxury SUVs were set on fire in Kyiv, and two residents of Kirovohrad region were charged. Animal rights activists also criticized a humorous video posted by a blogger from Troieshchyna.
