Following strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, one of Russia's largest grain terminals in Novorossiysk suspended operations
In Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai, Russia, the “Delo” Group of Companies has suspended operations at the KSK grain terminal. This was reported by Russian media, citing the company’s press service.
Unloading of road and rail transport, loading of grain onto seagoing vessels, and other operations at the terminal have been halted. The company noted that it will provide further updates on the resumption of operations.
The decision was explained by the need to ensure the safety of employees and the company’s infrastructure amid attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
KSK is the largest grain terminal in Russia’s Black Sea region in terms of transshipment volume, according to the Delo Group. By the end of 2025, 7.4 million metric tons of grain had been transshipped through the terminal, out of a designed throughput capacity of 10.5 million metric tons.
KSK’s share of total grain exports through Novorossiysk last year exceeded 40%.
As a reminder, Russian forces attacked Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The strike sparked a fire, damaged private homes, and left two men injured and hospitalized.
Over the past day, Russian troops attacked Kherson and dozens of settlements in the region. As a result of the strikes, 28 people were injured, including a 16-year-old boy.
In the Zaporizhzhia district, a Russian FPV drone attacked a combine harvester that was working in a field. Two men who were involved in the harvest were injured.
