“Nine people were injured as a result of guided airstrikes, including a 12-year-old girl, a one-and-a-half-month-old infant, and a 15-year-old boy. Two other women were also injured. In addition, a 14-year-old girl was wounded by an enemy UAV,” the report states.
Also in the Seredyna-Budsk community, a 75-year-old man was injured as a result of an attack by an FPV drone.
Furthermore, two residents of the Sumy community sought medical attention due to injuries sustained from previous Russian strikes with guided bombs and drones, which occurred on September 23 and 24.
In total, over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked 18 settlements in 12 communities in the Sumy region.
The occupiers actively used aerial bombs, drones, FPV drones, mortars, and artillery.
As a result of the shelling, apartment buildings, private homes, civilian infrastructure, farm buildings, and vehicles were damaged or destroyed in the region.
The situation in the region remains dangerous: an air raid alert in the Sumy region lasted more than 22 hours over the past 24 hours.
