Russia attacked Kharkiv with cruise missiles and drones; many people were injured
On Wednesday afternoon, July 15, Russian occupation forces launched a guided airstrike on the Kyivskyi District of Kharkiv. At least nine people were injured as a result of this attack. According to Oleg Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the enemy strike damaged a civilian administrative and industrial building, a hangar, and seven vehicles.
In addition to the bomb strike, the Kyivskyi district of the city came under several attacks by Russian drones that same day. One of the drones struck near a residential building, where, fortunately, no one was injured. Two more enemy UAVs struck high-rise residential buildings: in one instance, a drone struck an apartment window without causing a fire, and in another, an explosion triggered a fire in a sixth-floor apartment.
In total, over the past 24 hours, Kharkiv and 21 other settlements in the region came under enemy fire. As a result of these attacks, two people were killed, and another 16 were wounded, with injuries ranging in severity. In the regional capital itself, the Slobidskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts also sustained damage, where a warehouse, a gas station, and an apartment building were damaged.
