Russia has attacked the Odesa region: there are power outages
On the night of March 29, Russian forces struck civilian and energy infrastructure in the Odesa region.
This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
The attack damaged an energy facility, causing power outages in a number of settlements.
One of the drones struck a private home, partially destroying the facade. Damage was also reported on the grounds of a cottage community.

The fire was quickly extinguished.
According to preliminary data, there were no fatalities or injuries.
Emergency services are on the scene, and damage assessment and cleanup efforts are underway.
