Russia attacked a civilian vessel in the Black Sea; there is one fatality and several injured
Russian forces struck a civilian dry cargo ship that was in the Black Sea. One person was killed in the attack, and several others were injured.
"This time, the vessel targeted was a merchant dry cargo ship flying the flag of Guinea-Bissau and loaded with Ukrainian wheat. The attack damaged the hull and caused a fire on board," the statement said.
One person was killed and three others were injured as a result of the hostile strike.
“The crew has been evacuated to shore. The injured are receiving all necessary assistance,” added the head of the Regional Military Administration.
