Russia shelled a medical facility in Kherson, seven people were injured
In Kherson on the afternoon of July 20, Russian troops shelled a healthcare facility. Seven people were injured as a result of the attack, according to the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
According to the Regional Military Administration, the shelling occurred around 11:40 a.m. The medical facility’s building was damaged by the enemy strike.
Initial reports indicated that three hospital employees were injured. A 49-year-old female doctor, as well as a 52-year-old and a 71-year-old maintenance workers, sustained blast injuries and concussions. All were referred for outpatient treatment.
Subsequently, the number of injured rose to six. An 18-year-old man and two nurses, aged 43 and 47, sought medical attention. They were diagnosed with blast injuries, concussions, and shrapnel wounds. Both women were hospitalized.
Later, the Regional Military Administration reported a seventh casualty. She was a 60-year-old woman who suffered blast injuries and a concussion.
Medical personnel are currently providing all the victims with the necessary care.
