Russia has been launching massive attacks on the Odesa region for the fifth day in a row

For the fifth consecutive day, Russian troops have been carrying out massive combined missile and drone attacks on the Odesa region, striking civilian, industrial, and port infrastructure.

According to Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, as of 9:12 a.m., three people were killed and at least three others were wounded as a result of a missile strike on Odesa. The injured are receiving the necessary medical care.

“The enemy is deliberately targeting the civilian population, as well as the region’s civilian, industrial, and port infrastructure,” Kipper noted.

The attack damaged a multi-story residential building, from which rescuers evacuated three residents, including two children. A non-residential building and a gas pipeline were also damaged, causing a fire. The fire has already been extinguished.

In addition, a finished goods warehouse and a single-story building at a manufacturing plant were damaged, as were several trucks. All fires caused by the shelling have been extinguished.

In the southern part of the region, a gas station control room was damaged as a result of an attack by Russian drones. According to the Regional Military Administration, no fire broke out.

No information regarding other casualties or injuries has been received so far.

As a reminder, a man was killed in the Chernihiv region as a result of a Russian drone attack. 

As a result of attacks by Russian forces over the past 24 hours, on July 14, one civilian was killed in the Donetsk region. Seven more people were wounded due to shelling in the region.
