Russia struck the center of Kharkiv: one man was killed, and two children were among the wounded
Russian troops struck the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. A 40-year-old man was killed in the attack, and nine other people were injured.
According to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the victims include two children: a 7-year-old boy with blast injuries and a 2-year-old boy who was diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
Seven of the injured were hospitalized, and all are receiving the necessary medical care.

The shelling damaged an educational institution, an administrative building, and commercial facilities. Rescue workers, medical personnel, and utility services are on the scene, working to address the aftermath of the attack.
