Russia launched a missile strike on Odesa; one person was injured
Russian troops launched a missile strike on Odesa. One person was injured in the attack; details regarding the extent of the damage and other consequences of the shelling are still being determined.
Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy launched a missile strike on Odesa. A crater formed at the impact site. According to preliminary reports, one person was injured,” the message reads.
According to Kipper, several cars were damaged as a result of the attack.
On the night of July 19, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv. One person was killed and eight others were injured as a result of the attack. Damage and fires were reported in five districts of the capital.
Over the course of July 17, Russian troops launched strikes on Kharkiv and 29 other settlements in the Kharkiv region. Two people were killed and 18 others were injured as a result of the shelling; among the injured were five children.
Throughout the day on July 17, the Chernihiv region came under attack from enemy drones. Fires broke out in several districts at once, but Ukrainian rescue workers have already extinguished them.
