Russians attacked a car in the Kharkiv region; two women were injured
Russian forces launched a drone attack this morning on a car carrying civilians in one of the villages of the Vovchanska community in Kharkiv Oblast. Two women were injured in the strike.
The drone strike hit the vehicle, which subsequently caught fire.
A 52-year-old woman was injured and received medical attention at the scene. Another 30-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.
It is noted that a 55-year-old man who was in the car was not injured.
An investigative team and other relevant agencies worked at the scene.
Investigators entered the details into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As a reminder, Russians killed a female employee of the Kherson Regional State Administration by striking her vehicle.
Russian troops launched a missile strike on a civilian vessel flying the flag of Guinea-Bissau. As a result of the attack, five crew members were killed, eight others were evacuated, and the fate of five remains unknown.
Throughout the day on July 17, the Chernihiv region came under attack from enemy drones. Fires broke out in several districts simultaneously, but Ukrainian rescue workers have already extinguished them.
