Russians strike settlements in Donetsk 14 times in 24 hours, casualties reported
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces shelled settlements in the Donetsk region 14 times, damaging homes and infrastructure.
This was reported by the Head of the Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
In Kramatorsk, two people were killed; in Druzhkivka, four were injured; and in Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka, one person was killed. In Zolote Kolodyaz of the Shakhtarska community, three houses were damaged, and another two in Toretsk. In Andriivka, two houses were damaged.
Late in the evening on 1 March, Sloviansk was again targeted using Italmas and Geran-2 drones.
“Hits occurred on the premises of a municipal enterprise and an educational institution. The municipal enterprise, boiler house, and three multi-storey buildings were damaged,” reported the Head of the City Military Administration, Vadym Lyakh.
In Riznykivka of the Siverska community, a residential building was also damaged.
Additionally, on the night of Monday, 2 March, Russian occupying forces carried out another targeted attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
Russian forces also attacked 28 settlements in the Kherson region.
